💼 About This Role

You'll drive control automation and process transformation across Monzo's Finance function, reducing reliance on manual controls. You'll partner with Finance, Tax, Treasury, and Engineering to embed scalable controls as processes evolve. This role is central to scaling Finance for EU expansion and ERP changes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use RCSAs and controls MI to identify weaknesses and track transformation impact.
• Design and automate controls using ERP platforms (e.g. SAP) and SQL/Python.
• Partner with teams to embed controls in complex change initiatives like EU expansion.
• Lead strategic projects to build financial capabilities across the bank.

• Experience in banking with knowledge of key financial controls.
• Great eye for detail and ability to translate complex information simply.
• Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and evolving environment.
