You'll own the operation and maintenance of Rondo Energy's Bay Area Pilot Manufacturing Facility, ensuring safe, reliable operations. You'll manage facility improvement projects, landlord relationships, and vendor contracts in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee facility operations and preventive maintenance
• Manage landlord relationships and lease obligations
• Scope and manage facility improvement projects
• Onboard and manage service vendors and contractors

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of facilities management experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience managing construction projects with external contractors
• Working knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools

• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain

• Familiarity with California building codes and permits
