💼 About This Role

You'll drive operational excellence across the entire customer lifecycle at a Legal AI company. You'll ensure the Lead-to-Revenue process is seamless, measurable, and scalable while supporting Salesforce configuration and optimization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with RevOps leadership to identify sales funnel bottlenecks and implement automated solutions.
• Manage user permissions, data hygiene, and deduplication.
• Build and modify automations using Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and formulas.
• Create and update reports and dashboards for data-driven decision making.

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years in a RevOps, Sales Ops, or Salesforce-centric role
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data cleaning)
• Foundational understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, security, and reporting
• Ability to translate technical requirements into plain English for stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, or other RevOps tools
• Experience with Salesforce Flows and automation
• Desire to grow into a more advanced RevOps or Salesforce Admin role
