You'll own the day-to-day execution of the entire sales team, managing AEs and SDRs. You'll deeply engage in deals, coach reps, and drive outcomes in a critical growth phase alongside founders. This is a hands-on leadership role at a well-funded startup shaping the future of finance.

  • Own performance of AEs and SDRs
  • Run weekly 1:1s and pipeline reviews
  • Coach AEs with tactical guidance
  • Close strategic deals as needed

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Proven track record as top-performing AE
  • At least 2+ years managing a team of AEs and SDRs
  • Full-cycle B2B sales experience
  • Experience managing Mid-market deals ($30K+ ACV)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to CFOs or finance teams
  • Background in finance
  • Experience in Healthcare, Construction, F&B, or Real Estate
