💼 About This Role

You'll spearhead SEC regulatory filings and support the launch of innovative ETFs and mutual funds at a leading ETF sponsor. You'll provide critical legal guidance on cutting-edge products like crypto-linked ETFs. This role offers high visibility and less bureaucracy than typical large platforms.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare SEC registration statements for ETF, mutual fund, and interval fund products.
• Advise business teams on regulatory issues and support product development.
• Draft and negotiate vendor, license, technology, and derivative contracts.
• Participate in board oversight by preparing memos, resolutions, and minutes.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of law firm or in-house experience focusing on mutual funds or ETFs.
• Knowledge of the Investment Company Act of 1940, Investment Advisers Act of 1940, and Securities Act of 1933.
• JD degree.
• Outstanding writing and analytical skills.
