💼 About This Role

You'll run day-to-day creative production for Nextiva's marketing department and fundamentally change how it gets done. You execute on landing pages, campaign assets, ad creative, video, and brand storytelling, applying your taste and judgment to AI tools so the output exceeds what either could produce alone.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and produce high-quality creative across marketing channels
• Build AI-first creative workflows from ideation to delivery
• Manage and develop a small team of designers and videographers
• Steward and expand the new brand identity across surfaces

📋 Requirements

• Proven creative leadership in marketing, brand, or agency environments
• Strong design taste and visual judgment
• Fluency in Cursor and Claude as primary creative tools
• Comfort working in code to build and ship working pages
