Description

You'll perform as Sammy the Sounder, the orca whale mascot for Seattle Sounders FC and Seattle Reign FC, entertaining fans at home matches and community events. You'll engage with fans, participate in photo-ops, and uphold the mascot's persona, while also occasionally acting as a handler.

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• 1+ year customer service or event operations experience
• Height between 5'10" and 6'
• Ability to communicate non-verbally
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Perform as mascot, engaging with fans and emulating established persona
• Participate in photo-ops and sign autographs
• Support Sammy's Squad kids club events and matchday activations
• Make community appearances
• Act as handler when not performing, ensuring on-brand behavior
