💼 About This Role

You'll lead and scale engineering teams building hospital pharmacy intelligence products for over 3,000 health system sites. You'll drive post-acquisition integrations and mature engineering practices. This role offers meaningful technical influence across a multi-tenant SaaS portfolio serving the US and Canada.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead multiple product engineering teams building multi-tenant enterprise SaaS for hospitals.
• Build and sustain high-performing engineering culture with clear growth paths.
• Partner with Product leadership to manage delivery risk and ensure quality.
• Mature engineering practices: planning, documentation, metrics, and cloud cost management.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years building enterprise SaaS products.
• At least 5 years leading engineering organizations through growth.
• Experience leading distributed, remote-first engineering teams of 20+ through managers.
• Track record of scaling engineering organizations including hiring and developing managers.

• Experience with data-intensive or event-driven architectures (Kinesis, Step Functions, Serverless).
• Familiarity with AWS cost optimization tooling.
