You'll oversee the e-billing and payment cycle workflow, including payment posting, charge corrections, and monthly reconciliations for a government contracting firm. You'll supervise staff, ensure timely invoice submissions, and collaborate with the Controller to enhance billing processes. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate e-billing and payment cycle workflow
• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc billing reports
• Supervise e-billing and receivables staff
• Evaluate staff skill levels and recommend training

📋 Requirements

• Five years of legal billing/receivables experience
• Two years of supervisory experience in similar role
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, and Access
