Description

As a Hospice CNA/STNA, you will provide personal care to terminally ill patients, ensuring dignity and comfort. You'll work in a multidisciplinary team, observe and report changes in condition, and support families through life's journey.

Requirements

• Minimum age 18
• Completed 9th grade; high school diploma or GED preferred
• Active CNA/STNA certification on Ohio State Tested Registry
• CPR required
• 1+ year direct patient care experience in institutional or home care setting; hospice experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care with respect and dignity
• Record and follow hospice STNA plan of care
• Observe, record, and report patient care, symptoms, and emotional/physical status
• Report physical and behavioral changes to RN
• Attend required in-services and interdisciplinary team meetings
