💼 About This Role

You'll support clinical supply strategies for Phase 1/2/3 investigational drug products at a late-stage biotechnology company. You'll coordinate bulk drug orders and monitor site inventory to ensure uninterrupted supply. This role offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration with Clinical Operations and Quality teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate bulk drug orders and track adherence to supply timelines
• Monitor site inventory daily and coordinate drug shipments
• Manage drug product inventory and distribution with clinical partners
• Track and resolve temperature excursions and report wastage
• Maintain accountability and reconciliation documentation for compliance

📋 Requirements

• Degree in biological or life sciences, pharmacy, or medicine
• 3 years in pharmaceutical industry or relevant experience
• 1 year in Clinical Supply Chain
• Experience with IRT systems for inventory management

✨ Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of GMP/GCP/GLP regulations
• Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Suite skills
• Knowledge of Clinical Supply Management
