You'll serve as the technical bridge between product development and client teams, working on either Sana Agents or Sana Learn products. You'll help enterprise customers design and implement AI-powered solutions that transform how they work and learn. You'll also have the opportunity to coach and scale solutions as the client base grows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical support during pre-sales and implementation phases
• Engage with technical stakeholders to demonstrate product expertise
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers on product developments
• Address complex technical issues during sales and deployment

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role
• Strong technical background in software or solutions engineering
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
