You'll own the performance and reliability of robotic assembly systems at a major customer site, serving as the primary technical interface. You'll use live data and diagnostic tools to resolve hardware/software issues and ensure high system uptime. This role supports a 24/7 site with rotating shifts and on-call rotation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own performance and reliability of robotic assembly systems at a customer site
• Troubleshoot hardware and software anomalies using diagnostic tools
• Serve as primary interface between remote experts and on-site teams
• Educate and train customers on device operation and maintenance

📋 Requirements

• Automation and robotics experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or Associate with equivalent experience)
• PLC experience
• Vision systems experience for inspection

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in electronics manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with code and command line interfaces
