You'll ensure reliable operation of industrial cooking and food processing equipment as part of the maintenance team at Factor_, a HelloFresh brand. Your core impact is maximizing uptime and system reliability for smooth production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on conveyor, automation, and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical faults including PLC, sensors, and drive technology.
• Conduct root-cause analysis (e.g., 5-Why) for failures and support technical projects.
• Mentor junior technicians and document all maintenance actions in CMMS.

📋 Requirements

• Completed technical training as industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or electrician.
• Several years of experience in maintenance of automation, conveyor, or refrigeration systems.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings, circuit diagrams, and schematics.
• Willingness to work shift work including weekends and holidays.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with PLC systems, sensors, drive technology, and CMMS.
• Knowledge of LOTO processes and safety regulations.
• Experience with root-cause analysis methods like RCA or 5-Why.
