Description

You will oversee the full lifecycle of private securities investment funds, including product setup, filing, account opening, subscriptions, redemptions, and liquidation. You'll support trading operations by executing fund transfers, coordinating with custodians and brokers for daily settlement, maintaining operational data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in private securities fund operations, broker custodian, or related financial institutions.
• Familiar with full process of fund raising, investment, management, and exit.
• Strong logical thinking to handle complex processes and data reconciliation.
• Meticulous and patient with numbers; strong sense of responsibility.
• Good communication and cross-department coordination skills; English proficiency as working language.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of private securities funds (setup, filing, subscriptions, redemptions, liquidation).

• Maintain and reconcile operational data; prepare reports and statistical analysis.
• Handle account opening, changes, and maintenance for securities, futures, and cash accounts.
• Prepare and review periodic reports for investors and regulators; ensure timely disclosure.
