As an Operations Partner in Raleigh, NC, you'll manage the logistics of Bird's e-scooter and e-bike fleet—collecting, charging, and deploying vehicles to meet community needs. This independent contractor role lets you scale operations to fit your capacity while ensuring vehicles are safe and available for riders.

Requirements

• Own or have access to a large vehicle (van/truck) for transporting multiple scooters
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods
• Flexible schedule including weekends
• Comfortable with mobile tools for fleet management

Responsibilities

• Transport e-scooters and e-bikes using personal vehicle or fleet
• Manage end-to-end operations to ensure vehicle availability in high-demand areas
• Perform light field checks for safety and readiness
• Problem-solve in real-time to overcome operational obstacles
• Navigate local geography efficiently
