🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage vehicle movement documentation at entrance and exit gates.
• Conduct routine patrols of facility yards and buildings.
• Handle badge creation and CCTV review requests.
• De-escalate situations and apply incident response protocols.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven decision-making in a complex environment.
• Ability to handle conflict situations positively.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of CCTV, RFID, Card Access and related technology.
• Experience supporting OSHA or safety programs.
• Experience with crisis prevention or response plans.
