You'll implement SEL curriculum and provide targeted small group interventions to drive student growth in social-emotional competencies at DREAM Charter Schools. Your core impact is managing a caseload of students receiving tier 2 SEL interventions and analyzing data to improve outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement SEL curriculum through explicit instruction and small group interventions
• Drive collection and analysis of SEL intervention data
• Manage caseload of students receiving tier 2 SEL interventions
• Supervise individual youth behavior using positive techniques

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• One year of youth development or school experience preferred
• Experience providing small-group or individual supports for youth
• Experience collecting data and implementing data-driven practices

• Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling
• Experience with restorative justice practices
• Strong group facilitation skills
