💼 About This Role

You'll lead a cross-functional DevSecOps team, driving secure infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines across Azure and AWS. You'll modernize cloud environments and embed security throughout the software lifecycle. This role offers the chance to accelerate AI adoption and shape the DevSecOps roadmap for a mission-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of 5 DevSecOps and cloud engineers.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and Terraform.
• Architect and secure containerized workloads on Kubernetes/ECS.
• Establish SRE metrics and incident response practices.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in AWS infrastructure and software configurations.
• 3 years of leadership experience in cloud or infrastructure engineering.
• Expertise in Terraform, Azure DevOps, and Docker with Kubernetes.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AIOps platforms.
• Scripting skills in Python, Powershell, Bash.
• Familiarity with security embedding in CI/CD.
