You'll oversee day-to-day assembly operations, ensuring exceptional production quality and team performance at a high-end lighting and furniture manufacturer. You'll drive continuous improvement across people, process, and product while upholding our craft and excellence standards. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee assembly team operations and schedule work orders.
• Own department production and quality performance metrics.
• Perform quality control inspections and root cause analysis.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to work standards.
• Maintain communication with cross-functional stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 5 years in a comparable manufacturing role.
• 2+ years in management or supervision.
• Electrical manufacturing knowledge and material familiarity with metal, glass, porcelain, and leather.
• Experience in high-quality lighting or furniture strongly preferred.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree with Industrial Design or Engineering concentration.
• Proficiency in project workflow, 3D modeling, or ERP software.
