💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team at BoxLunch, a pop culture retailer committed to fighting hunger. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and assist with daily operations, all while providing an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return and helping meet sales targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and visual merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
