Description

You will lead multiple hardware device programs through new product introduction (NPI), managing in-house and factory execution to meet customer demand. You will drive manufacturing readiness, yield improvement, and cost optimization while coordinating cross-functional teams and contract manufacturers for successful product launches.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
5-10 years in manufacturing operations or related technical field
5+ years of program management experience leading complex hardware programs
Direct experience with contract manufacturers
Must be a U.S. citizen due to government contracts

Responsibilities

Lead manufacturing readiness and operations milestones from EVT through PVT to CM transition
Drive factory execution, yield performance, and channel fill readiness for launch targets
Lead cost optimization, budget oversight, and risk mitigation strategies
Establish and qualify production lines through EVT, DVT, and PVT
Lead operations core team and NPI program reviews with cross-functional teams
