💼 About This Role

You'll drive product marketing for Spotify's programmatic advertising solutions, working with DSP partners and ad tech providers. You'll shape how Spotify's ad inventory is positioned and adopted in the programmatic ecosystem, translating product capabilities into scalable demand. This role influences both external partner strategy and internal product direction to grow a critical pillar of Spotify's ads business.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Drive product development of programmatic ad solutions with R&D teams.
  • Collect customer feedback to influence product roadmaps and marketing tactics.
  • Develop product positioning strategies to differentiate Spotify in the market.
  • Lead product launches with cross-functional teams including sales and PR.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in digital advertising, with programmatic expertise.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency using data/insights to inform product/GTM strategy.
  • Experience launching cross-functional go-to-market launches.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Product marketing experience preferred.
  • Master's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience working globally and with customer research.
