💼 About This Role

You'll own the post-sales enablement strategy for Customer Success, Support, and Services teams at Synthesia, the world's leading AI video platform. You'll drive time-to-value, adoption, and retention by building programs and playbooks that scale globally. This role reports to the Head of Revenue Enablement and offers a path to leadership as the company grows.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and execute a global post-sales enablement strategy aligned to retention goals.
  • Develop training, onboarding, and skill development programs for post-sales roles.
  • Create playbooks for onboarding, adoption, renewal readiness, and escalation management.
  • Partner with CS Ops to integrate enablement tools and drive adoption of post-sales systems.

📋 Requirements

  • 7–10 years in post-sales enablement, Customer Success, or Services.
  • Experience implementing customer success methodologies across global teams.
  • Proficiency with CS/Support tech stacks and enablement platforms (e.g., CSPs, Salesforce).
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional alignment.
