• Design and build distributed compute and data orchestration systems
• Ensure data platform scales reliably by orders of magnitude
• Partner with researchers to translate requirements into production systems
• Harden and optimize critical data infrastructure for multimodal training

• Strong experience with distributed systems and large-scale infrastructure
• Proven ability to build and maintain reliable systems with attention to detail
• Excellent software engineering fundamentals and organizational skills
• Comfort working with ambiguity and rapid change
