💼 About This Role

You'll provide home visits to adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis, performing assessments, medication administration, wound care, and other skilled nursing duties. You'll work after hours and weekends to ensure continuity of care. This role offers flexibility and the support of a 50-year-old home health leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories after hours and weekends
• Performing medication administration, wound care, treatments, and comfort care
• Monitoring clients' conditions and reporting changes to Clinical Manager
• Performing client assessments and documenting doctors' orders

📋 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in Colorado
• Current or recent Medicare Home Health and OASIS documentation experience
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
