Description

You will work as an early member of our manufacturing team to build wire harness assemblies and operate machinery for critical aerospace and defense applications, collaborating with engineers to design and improve the factory's material process flow.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years in manufacturing or customer service, or associate's degree in engineering/math/science
• Fast-paced environment experience (construction, food services, or manufacturing)
• Ability to review work instructions and multitask
• Team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

• Manufacture wire harnesses for aerospace and defense applications
• Cut wires, operate complex machinery, and manage labeling
• Interpret schematics and build compliant electrical assemblies
• Conduct basic electrical tests like continuity and insulation resistance
• Write documentation for development processes and operations
