Requirements
- 6-12 months of sales, customer-facing, or outbound experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and handling objections
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple prospects
- Self-motivated, competitive, and eager to grow
Responsibilities
- Drive new business pipeline by prospecting into dental and healthcare practices across the U.S.
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, social) to engage decision-makers
- Qualify inbound leads quickly and convert interest into booked meetings
- Build and manage pipeline within CRM, ensuring accurate tracking
- Tailor messaging to different personas within a practice
