๐ผ About This Role
You'll own day-to-day channel partner relationships for a portfolio of strategic partners, driving execution across Noom's partner ecosystem. Your core impact will be ensuring partner commitments translate into real-world outcomes for members and customers while working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering. This role offers the chance to shape Noom's partner-led growth strategy at an inflection point as the company expands into new ecosystems.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own day-to-day relationship management for a portfolio of channel partners
- Establish consistent engagement cadence and build trust across partner organizations
- Partner with Sales to activate partner-sourced opportunities
- Surface growth signals and flag expansion opportunities to leadership
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or account management in healthcare, digital health, or B2B SaaS
- Familiarity with employer and health plan ecosystem including navigators, PBMs, or TPAs
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with multi-level stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills managing multiple priorities and partner relationships

- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, Product
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and building structure over time
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
