💼 About This Role

You'll own the full operational engine at nuuds—across ecommerce, wholesale, and retail. You'll manage 3PL relationships, oversee inventory and fulfillment, and ensure smooth operations from purchase order to customer doorstep. This role reports directly to the COO with significant ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day 3PL relationships and hold partners accountable to SLAs
• Coordinate inbound shipments and manage receiving workflows
• Ensure DTC order flow runs seamlessly from Shopify through fulfillment
• Use NetSuite as the operational hub for reporting and data integrity

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in operations or fulfillment management, ideally in apparel
• Direct experience managing 3PL relationships and holding partners accountable
• Strong understanding of wholesale operations including EDI and retailer compliance
• Hands-on experience with ecommerce fulfillment (Shopify preferred)
