You'll provide one-on-one support to adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and community, focusing on active supervision and assistance with daily living activities. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide person-centered supervision in individual's home and community.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living such as bathing and dressing.
• Transport individuals to medical and personal appointments.
• Complete daily logs and progress notes per regulatory standards.

📋 Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience with developmental disabilities.
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 25-40 pounds if required.
• Pass a background check and maintain TB clearance and CPR/First Aid.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ASL (American Sign Language).
• Knowledge of DDS and Regional Center standards.
