Description

As an early career trial attorney at our firm, you'll manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury cases from intake through settlement or jury verdict. You'll engage with clients, conduct depositions, draft motions, lead mediations, and advocate in jury trials as lead counsel.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law and in good standing with local State Bar
• Trial advocacy and/or moot court experience strongly preferred
• Multiple state bar admissions preferred
• Must be currently located in the state where this job is posted
• Exceptional communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of approximately 150 cases, with about 50 actively in litigation monthly
• Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the legal process
• Conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, lead mediations, and develop case strategies
• Serve as lead counsel in jury trials to secure favorable outcomes
