💼 About This Role

You'll join Team Manul within the Infrastructure Cluster at ClearBank, supporting and evolving the Swift payments platform that underpins critical domestic and international payment flows. This role balances Run the Bank responsibility with platform development, giving exposure to both production support and change work. You'll receive full training and mentoring to become a subject matter expert in the Swift domain.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day operation of a business-critical payments platform
• Assist with platform changes across the full lifecycle
• Support planned change and production incidents
• Contribute to platform documentation and continuous improvement

📋 Requirements

• Windows Server environments
• Linux exposure, ideally RHEL
• Cloud experience, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Networking knowledge (connectivity, routing)

• Hyper-V or other virtualisation
• Scripting experience (any language)
• APIs or microservices concepts
