💼 About This Role

You'll join Satispay's legal team to negotiate and draft complex agreements for welfare services, strategic partnerships, and procurement. Your work will directly support scalable business operations across cross-functional teams. This role offers impactful work in a fast-growing fintech with significant ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate welfare service agreements with employers
• Manage end-to-end legal lifecycle of strategic partnerships
• Provide legal support for public and private procurement tenders
• Advise on and draft contracts for marketing and advertising campaigns

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial law at reputable law firms
• Qualified lawyer with transactional and contract drafting expertise
• Familiarity with Tech/Fintech ecosystem and payment schemes
• Fluent in English and Italian
