• Interpret and enforce union collective bargaining agreements.
• Handle grievance, investigation, and disciplinary processes.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and timekeeping for union and non-union employees.
• Provide HR support during after-hours storm response and deployments.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience in a unionized environment.
• Experience administering and interpreting union CBAs.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume HR administration.
• Availability for after-hours and emergency storm response.

✨ Nice to Have

• HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR).
• Experience with emergency storm response or mutual aid operations.
