You'll join the Search & Detection team at Panther to build product experiences and backend systems that power investigation, search, and detection workflows. You'll own key frontend surfaces and backend services to make workflows feel fast and intuitive at scale. This role offers significant ownership in a remote-first, well-funded cybersecurity startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and improve backend services for search and detection workflows.
• Own key frontend surfaces for investigation and detection tuning.
• Design and ship end-to-end features across APIs, services, and UI.
• Partner with stakeholders to turn ambiguous problems into shipped product.

📋 Requirements

• Strong backend engineering experience building production services and APIs.
• Proficiency in Go and Python.
• Experience designing systems with clear trade-offs around latency, correctness, and reliability.
• Security domain experience, especially with SOC workflows, alerting, logging, or detection engineering.
