💼 About This Role

You'll join a property management team where you'll handle maintenance and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances. Your work ensures residents enjoy a comfortable, safe community. Plus, after 12 months, you'll earn your EPA 608 certification on us.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve maintenance service tickets for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
• Prepare vacant apartments through turnover repairs and improvements
• Perform general upkeep, cleanliness, snow removal, and grounds maintenance
• Be on call for after-hour emergencies and weekend availability

📋 Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or trades education
• Beginner to intermediate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair skills
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently
• Personal reliable transportation for commute and on-call emergencies

• EPA 608 Universal Refrigerant Certification
