💼 About This Role

You'll prospect and close new advertising opportunities for OpenAI's platform, owning the full sales cycle. You'll build long-term partnerships with senior advertisers, driving revenue growth while maintaining user trust. This role is based in Sydney with a hybrid work model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect, qualify, and close new advertising opportunities.
• Own and achieve a defined revenue target within assigned territory.
• Develop and execute structured account plans for advertiser ROI.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior-level advertising decision-makers.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in performance marketing or digital marketing.
• 3+ years as proven advisor influencing executives and clients.
• Experience owning revenue targets and closing complex deals.
• Ability to build structured business cases and influence senior stakeholders.
