You'll define the technical roadmap and architect scalable systems as a senior fullstack engineer at Read AI, a fast-growing startup powering AI-driven collaboration. You'll bridge complex backend processing with seamless user experiences, mentoring junior talent and driving CI/CD improvements to enhance developer velocity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and implementation of scalable web applications across full stack
• Set high standards for code quality via reviews, testing, and documentation
• Take end-to-end ownership of major product areas from discovery to deployment
• Partner with Product and Design to influence technical roadmap

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years professional software engineering experience building production-grade fullstack apps
• Expert-level knowledge of React and TypeScript with state management and performance profiling
• Proven track record designing high-throughput RESTful/GraphQL APIs using Node.js, Java, or Python
• Strong experience with AWS and deep proficiency in SQL and NoSQL database design

• Experience deploying or integrating LLMs and AI-driven features
• Proficiency with Rust and Tauri for high-performance applications
• Prior experience scaling a product from early-stage to mass-market in high-growth environment
