💼 About This Role

You'll design and deploy talent development strategies for a global space company, building the capabilities needed for business growth. You'll take end-to-end ownership of learning architectures and development frameworks to create an environment where learning and meaningful dialogue occur naturally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define capabilities and skills required for business growth
• Design and execute development programs (onboarding, leadership, etc.)
• Build learning infrastructures such as LMS and mentoring systems
• Analyze employee engagement surveys and drive improvement actions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in L&D or people development in-house
• Experience designing and executing development initiatives from scratch
• Stakeholder management bridging leadership, business, and frontline teams
• Japanese sufficient to run training sessions and English for global collaboration

• Experience as an L&D Lead or People Development Lead
• Experience in global or multicultural organizations
• Knowledge of Japanese labor laws and regulations
