📋 Requirements

• University degree in science, healthcare, or related discipline
• 5+ years experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or specialty services
• 2+ years people management experience leading operational or program teams
• Experience managing client relationships and supporting strategic account initiatives

• Experience with proposal writing, pricing, contracting, and client presentations
• Knowledge of reimbursement programs, risk management, or healthcare compliance
• Bilingual French and English communication skills
