🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and delivery of digital account opening journeys in Agile squad
• Define and oversee technical architecture including APIs, microservices, middleware
• Act as technical reference, unblocking issues and supporting decisions
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies: Planning, Daily, Sprint Review, Demo
• Collaborate with architecture, business, product, UX, and QA teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical roles within digital environments (web/mobile)
• Demonstrable experience leading technical teams in Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
• Solid knowledge of integration architectures: REST APIs, microservices, middleware
• Experience managing complex projects in Agile environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and digital customer journeys
• Experience in high-scalability projects with security and performance demands
• Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.)
