You'll lead the Enterprise organization for a Key Account Management and Account Management team in the French market, owning long-term strategy and performance.   • Manage, coach, and grow KAM and AM Enterprise team.
  • Define team structure, portfolio allocation, and hiring roadmap.
  • Build and execute Enterprise GTM strategy with segmentation.
  • Own Enterprise KPIs: revenue, margin, renewals, expansions.

  • 8+ years enterprise sales leadership experience.
  • Native French and professional English.
  • CRM tools and MEDDIC sales methodology.
  • Sales forecasting and P&L management expertise.
