You'll lead the Enterprise organization for a Key Account Management and Account Management team in the French market, owning long-term strategy and performance. Your core impact is scaling the Enterprise business while ensuring alignment with global commercial strategy. This role stands out due to Malt's diverse culture and backing by top investors.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage, coach, and grow KAM and AM Enterprise team.
- Define team structure, portfolio allocation, and hiring roadmap.
- Build and execute Enterprise GTM strategy with segmentation.
- Own Enterprise KPIs: revenue, margin, renewals, expansions.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years enterprise sales leadership experience.
- Native French and professional English.
- CRM tools and MEDDIC sales methodology.
- Sales forecasting and P&L management expertise.
