💼 About This Role

You'll lead the data engineering and platform team for Real-World Data, driving strategy and building scalable data products in healthcare. Your core impact will be delivering reliable, curated datasets that power clinical, research, and business priorities. This role offers the chance to shape genomic and molecular data infrastructure at a leading cfDNA testing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data engineers and SQA
• Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for the Real-World Data platform
• Partner with product, bioinformatics, analytics, and AI teams
• Lead delivery of curated datasets, data marts, and consumer-facing data solutions
• Provide technical leadership across data platform architecture and engineering practices

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software or data engineering
• 4+ years of engineering leadership experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python and SQL
• Deep experience with cloud environments, AWS strongly preferred

• Experience with healthcare data models like FHIR or OMOP
• Hands-on experience with bioinformatics pipelines
• Advanced degree in a related technical field
