💼 About This Role

You'll join Rho's Client Service Team to support entrepreneurs and finance teams via chat, phone, and email. You'll handle inquiries from basic technical issues to complex service questions, working independently during late evening hours. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve customer issues via chat, phone, and email during late evening shifts
• Document common issues and resolutions for the knowledge base
• Gather client feedback to identify service improvements
• Communicate ongoing issues to the day team for follow-up

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to work independently during late evening hours
• Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts
• Basic understanding of finance concepts (banking, credit cards, accounting)
