You'll advise on complex equity and corporate/securities issues for a world-changing software company. Your work will directly support Palantir's public company compliance and growth while helping administer global equity compensation plans.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise on complex equity and corporate/securities issues.
• Manage public company filings and related internal processes.
• Handle Board, Committee, and corporate governance matters.
• Assist with M&A, strategic investments, and equity portfolio administration.

📋 Requirements

• JD and active bar membership.
• 4+ years experience as a corporate or securities attorney.
• Knowledge of public company reporting requirements.
• Experience with corporate governance and securities transactions.
