Description

In this role, you will lead offensive security efforts by attacking Chime's services and infrastructure to uncover vulnerabilities, while collaborating with engineering teams to enhance defenses. You'll independently manage red team exercises, research attack vectors, and develop custom exploits.

Requirements

• 4+ years in offensive security, red teaming, or appsec
• Experience with cloud-based attacks
• Proficiency in developing custom tools evading defenses
• Ability to perform unsupervised red team engagements
• Relevant certifications like OSCP, OSCE, OSEE, CRTO, GRTP (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complete red team exercises
• Research emerging attack vectors and techniques
• Develop custom payloads and exploits
• Emulate adversaries targeting web apps, cloud, and Kubernetes
• Collaborate with detection engineers on high-fidelity alerting
