Your work will directly impact the lives of older adults receiving care and their families. You'll lead cross-functional project teams in a small, lean, fast environment, leveraging generative AI to solve human behavior problems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product strategy roadmap for one or more focus areas
• Develop deep understanding of customer needs through analytics and observation
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology for future growth
• Drive delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in product management
• Technical degree or experience in a technical organization
• Experience supporting a complex operational function with product releases
• Experience at a fast-growing, scrappy company

• Strong data analytics skills with SQL and Looker
• Experience with generative AI
