You will join the growing Technical Support Engineering team at Sigma to help customers solve technical and data challenges using the Sigma platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to diagnose complex issues and drive solutions, contributing to product improvement and customer success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong SQL proficiency with JOINs, window functions, aggregations, and query optimization
- Proficient in data modeling and data visualization
- Proven ability to build customer trust and resolve issues quickly
- Experience supporting enterprise products for data analytics
Responsibilities
- Work with customers and pre-sales team to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Develop best practices and tools for diagnosing issues and optimizing service performance
- Collaborate with backend, frontend, devops, design, product, and go-to-market teams
