- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Monitor and optimize team KPIs daily.
- Consolidate customer feedback and share insights with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Account Managers to maintain pipeline.
- Support team in employee consultations and on-site events.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years B2C direct sales experience in high-performance environment.
- 1+ year leadership experience with direct reports.
- Sales-driven with strong KPI focus and growth/conversion achievements.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
