  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.

  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Account Managers to maintain pipeline.
  • Support team in employee consultations and on-site events.

  • 3+ years B2C direct sales experience in high-performance environment.
  • 1+ year leadership experience with direct reports.
  • Sales-driven with strong KPI focus and growth/conversion achievements.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
